Jose Mourinho makes the cut, while Pep Guardiola is excluded. Guardiola has been overlooked, despite winning three Bundesliga titles with Bayern Munich. Before then, he led Barcelona to three La Liga titles and won the Champions League twice. Mourinho who is now at Manchester United, is included after achieving success in charge of Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Real Madrid.
