Notorious phone and bag snatcher in Delta meets his doom (photos) - A notorious phone snatcher terrorizing Delta state has met his doom - The 22-year-old man was caught on Saturday, June 17 after he tried stealing from a young girl Chijioke Kanu, a notorious criminal known for snatching phones and bags in Delta state, has been caught. The 22-year-old thief was caught after he attacked and snatched the handbag of a young girl. Kanu has two other accomplices who work with him.
