Oyinbo family of four converts to Islam in Serbia (photos)
A Serbian family of four has officially converted to Islam after attending a Nova Pazar mosque to pronounce the shahada, also known as the declaration of faith.
The couple, Bojan and Natasa, with their sons, Filip and Ognjen, on Saturday, March 18, took shahada in front of a local imam in Belgrade.
After declaring their faith, the couple and their sons took Muslim names. The couple took, Ismail and Edina while their sons were named, Esad and Hamza.

They were welcomed into Islam by the head imam of the congregation, Novi Pazar. Bojan and Natasa, later had a small Islamic wedding ceremony in the mosque.

Muslim social media users welcomed the family to Islam with congratulatory messages, see the reactions below.
According to CIA Factbook, Muslims make 3.1 percent of Serbia’s population estimated at around 7 million.
