This video captures the moment a 96-year-old man comes out of the close about his sexual orientation.

Roman, 96, claims that he knew that he was gay every since he was 6 years old

He claims that he knew about his sexual preference for over 90 years and only recently did he decide that he had to reveal his secret.

Roman, the father of two children, grandfather to five grandchildren and a faithful husband of 67 years decided to sit down with his family and tell them the truth.

He said to them: “I was born and almost all my life gay.”

The 96-year-old homosexual sat down with Youtuber David Wavey, who interviewed him.

"I want to go to sleep and have somebody close to me. Not for any other reason but to be sure that someone cares"

Wavey stated: “There's a sense of history in understanding how far we've come, and the struggles that this man must have experienced. There's gratitude for the LGBT people who marched and rallied and bleed and sweat so that today's world is different and that fewer people feel compelled to live in the shadows or closets."

He adds: “But there's also raw humanity. Whether you are weird or not, listening to Roman stirs something in all of us. And at a time when the world often feels divisive and divided, it's good to be reminded of our common humanity.”

When Roman was asked what type of men her preferred he answered: “I don't care. I don't look at the face, I look at the heart.”
