A medical student at, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun state, Oluwaseun Olorunfemi, has kicked the bucket.
OAU medical student, Oluwaseun Olorunfemi, dies on Christmas day
Olorunfemi who was crushed by a hit and run driver last, Tuesday, December 20th, was rushed to the school's teaching hospital where he stayed in coma for 6 days until he died yesterday December 25th.

His death was made known on the school's Facebook page, "GREAT IFE STUDENTS' UNION" by Ismael Taiwo T-cool.
He said: *From the Desk of Team T.COOL*
"With heart filled with grief and sorrow we announce the death of Olorunfemi Oluwaseun, a 400 level student of the Department of Medicine and Surgery who was reported to have hit by a car while on his way to *OAUTHC for his posting last week."
"According to a report, he was said to have been in COMA after he was hit by hit and run car."
"We therefore send our condolence message to his family and OAU Community at large."
"May Almighty God grant the bereaved family fortitude to bear the irrevocable loss. (Amen)."
Students of OAU sent condolence messages to the deceased
The deceased was said to be an outstanding student and the choir master of the Deeper Life Campus Fellowship of the school.
