Chyka – Here And Now

Nigerian singer, Chyka has released the new inspirational single, “Here And Now”, a song of hope to inspire many as you walk daily in your purpose and calling.

For Chyka, music isn’t just some talent you wake up and warm up to, it’s the light that radiates the core of her being, she describes herself as “here and now” with a mission is to touch lives and project the love of God with her sound. Her voice leaves you with warmth and hope and that’s what gives her joy with her music.

“Chyka” formally known as , Chika Osuji, is a Gospel/Soul/RnB singer who started her journey as an artist in Jos Nigeria, singing in church from the age of 8 and professionally at 19 as a background vocalist to the local artists in Jos.
Known for her high vocal range and soft tones, her influences in music are Cece Winans, Mary Mary, India Arie, Asa, and John Legend.
She has recorded a couple of songs, performed in local concerts and joined several choirs and she is currently part of the Lagos Metropolitan Gospel choir of the House On The Rock Lagos.

When Chyka is not making music, she solves problems daily as an interior designer, running her own interior design company—Eunicon Furniture Limited. She also dabbles in other wide range of businesses and has a passion for agriculture.
