Diamond Platnumz may have been accused of jacking Soapy, but he’s still a respected artiste in Nigeria.

The Tanzanian superstar who’s become one of the most popular foreign artistes in Nigeria got there by his dance steps. From the “Mdogo Mdogo” days, Mr. Platnumz has been an outstanding performer, his dancing and choreography in sync with his high energy music.

Lagos got a taste of that energy on Saturday as he performed at the Soundcity MVP awards. Alongside the excellent dancing on stage, Diamond Platnumz delivered some of his more popular songs, and Nigerians fell crazy over themselves, deep in the vibe.

It no doubt, reminded one of the Awilo Logomba days.
