A young man identified as Frank Bawumia shed more light on the matter as he explained how the lady was able to dupe the man.
According to him, Bonsu had shipped three cars to the lady after they started their affair. He had told her he had plans of settling down in Ghana. He also sent her money for the port charges.
Nana Ama Asare, the lady, cleared the cars without giving the man any reason to doubt her. Bonsu then travelled down to Ghana to meet his supposed fiancée and formalize things between them.
Bawumia said Asare was waiting for him at the reception. Two cars were made available; the couple rode in one with Asare driving and a male friend of hers drove the other with Bonsu’s things. According to Bawumia, they stopped at a restaurant to eat.
