Another joint off Wizkid‘s “Sounds from the Other Side” mixtape has just been released. It’s the Major Lazer collaboration titled “Naughty Ride“. This one is primarily a Dancehall tune, with hints of Afrobeats.

It turns out Afro Dancehall is the chosen pathway for Wiz to fully penetrate the US market with a bit more ease. Well, at least, for now. And it totally makes sense! When America is ready for “Kpakurumo“, we’ll give them “Kpakurumo“. After he breaks in, of course.

But the Brazilian side has fresh hope for the future as they presented 27 new players signed to replace those tragically killed . Almost all of the team’s senior players were lost on doomed LaMia flight 2933, which came down on November 28. The southern Brazilian club were en route to Medellin to face Atletico Nacional in the final of the Copa Sudamericana when the jet hit a mountain, killing 71 people.
