A Nigerian artiste identified as Lordtrigg has been arrested by the Lagos state police for debt and alleged fraud.
The father of the second child of the industrious Nigerian celebrity, Toyin Lawani, was said to have some incurred some debts when he did not pay for his hotel bills at the Golden Bird Hotel in Ilasan area of Lekki.
The Nigerian singer has been put behind the counter at Jakande Police Station in Lekki without slippers. The hotel management had reported Lordtrigg and his friend at the police station. The officers moved in on them and arrested them in their hotel room while they were working on their laptops.

The hotel management referred to them as musicians even though the police tagged them as ‘Yahoo Yahoo’ boys. They were arrested with four laptops. According to the report made by the management of the hotel, they had been staying at the hotel for six months without paying.

Meanwhile, Dammy Krane, the embattled Nigerian singer arrested in the US for grand theft and alleged fraud has not been released. His aunt who lives in the US has come out to talk about the dark Nigerian singer as she claimed he is just a victim of circumstance.
