Meet talented 13-year-old teen who was BULLIED for his love of dancing wins scholarship to prestigious school (photos)

In an inspiring turn of events, a 13-year-old boy in Chester, UK has won a scholarship to a top dancing school despite being bullied for his love of dancing.
Jay Jobarteh, a talented ballet dancer, won acceptance to The Hammond School whose students have often been admitted into some of the world's top dance companies.
His latest achievement follows several awards, including emerging as the under-12 world champion from among beginner hip hop dancers.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, Jay said this about dancing: "It' s my life. I just love to dance. If I had the opportunity to do something else I wouldn't."
His mother Louise, 35, praised her son for sticking with dancing despite fellow students bullying him. Many of his schoolmates still do not believe that boys should take up dancing.

Louise, who is a single mother and suffers from a rare kidney disease, added that she needs to raise £14,000 (N5.4m) for fees not covered by the partial scholarship.

She has therefore set up a crowdfunding page and appealed to well wishers to donate so that her son can fulfill his dreams of being a dancer.
