NAIJ.com recently shared a sad story of a 16-year-old boy, Chijindu Ezentu, who was sent to prison after he threw a bottle at a colleague who was trying to attack him with a shovel.
The victim, Maduachi Oboy, who was injured after a shard of the bottle pierced him, has signed an affidavit to discontinue his case against Ezentu.

Ezentu’s mother an akara trader simply identified as, Mama Habiba, had contacted a Facebook user, Prince Gwamnishu Harrison, to come to her aid after her son was sent to prison.
According to the mother, her son was trying to protect himself from Oboy who was ready to hit him with a shovel.

Harrison took to his Facebook page to share the good news that Oboy has agreed to discontinue the case against Ezentu. He added that hopeful the young man would be released soon.

“MADUABUCHI(OBOY) just sworn an affidavit to discontinue his case against Chijindu Ezentu (16yrs Boy in Ogwashi Uku Prison, Delta State)”
“Delta State JLAA Chapter couldn't file for Bail/Lawyers fees for lack of funds. Bail was our first option but we decided to use Second option which is meeting the complainant to withdraw the case.”
“Luckily Maduachi (Oboy) was very cooperative with JLAA TEAM. Hopefully next Adjourned date, Chijindu Ezentu will be Release from Prison custody.”
“Lawyers who reside in Delta State, Please partner with us. God bless JLAA. God bless Stephen and Solomon Foundation.“
