A disabled father in India who begs to make a living has demonstrated his unconditional love and dedication to his daughter by saving money for two years to buy her a new dress.
Kawsar Hossain's touching story was shared by GMB Akash, an Indian photographer, in a Facebook post on April 5, which has since gone viral and has been shared close to 20,000 times.
In the heartbreaking post, Kawsar says he survived a car crash 10 years ago but lost his hand, which had to be amputated. He adds that he makes a living as a beggar on the streets.

Kawsar reveals that while he was able to save the money for two years, it was not easy, as he and his daughter would sometimes go home empty handed. On those occasions, they would walk silently, unlike on those occasions when they would happily talk about their dreams after getting something from the streets.

He says he borrowed a mobile phone from his neighbor so he could take a picture of his daughter in her new dress in order to make the day memorable for her. He ends by saying: "But today is different. Because today my daughter is very happy. Today this father is not a beggar. Today this father is a king and here is his princess."
