A burglar who broke into a house in Florida, U.S., was apparently hungry from his active “work”, and decided to prepare himself some fried chicken while on the “job”.
What 34-year-old Ronald Gregory Wesly did not take into account was that the owner could arrive during his cooking and drinking session, as she effectively did.
The hungry burglar, Ronald Gregory Wesly, already had two previous convictions.

Samantha O’Neill entered her home with her sister and a friend, only to catch the thief preparing the chicken and drinking some vodka she had in her refrigerator.
She managed to alert the police, who caught Wesly.

The odd case did not go unnoticed within social media, and many users started sharing their own thoughts on the kind-of-funny situation.
“Was the chicken any good? Asking for a friend,” one person posted on his Twitter account.
Another one quipped “Guess he's not a BURGERlar.” Some of these posts have received tens of thousands of tweets! And many of the memes are completely hilarious.
Wesly is still in custody and is being charged with burglary at Alachua County Sheriff’s Office. He allegedly had two previous convictions.
