Residents of Karega in Kigumo, Murang'a county as well as Kenyans at large are yet to come to terms with the mysterious murder of renowned televangelist Bishop Pius Muiru's mother.

Grace Wangari Mwangi's body was exhumed by the police on Thursday March 23 from a shallow grave next to another grave where a cow had been buried.
Two suspects who were arrested following her disappearance on the weekend directed police to the grave.
Following the shocking death of the 70-year-old woman, Bishop Muiru has reacted but in the most encouraging way.

"We praise God in all situations which make us true sons and daughters of the Lord. It is with deep sorrow that I want to let you know that my mother has gone to be with the Lord. We do not mourn because of her departure but we rejoice for the years God gave her to us to celebrate, sharpen, laugh, pray, fellowship and even spend time with her," he said.
The head of the Maximum Miracles Ministries, said funeral arrangements have begun but did not say when the burial will take place.
"Meetings for funeral arrangements will be held from today at Clarion Hotel 2nd floor from 6 -8 pm, along Moi Avenue opposite Jeevanjee gardens. May her soul rest in eternal peace. We bless God in all situations," added the televangelist

Two suspects who were arrested following her disappearance on the weekend directed police to the grave.
One of the suspect's, a farm hand and guard was arrested after he was found with the deceased woman's mobile phone in his house which is within the compound. He had already transferred some KSh 90 airtime from the dead woman's phone to his and had also withdrawn some money from her Mpesa account.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com gathered that some Fulani herdsmen prevented some residents of Southern Kaduna prevented them from getting Red Cross relief materials:
