UAE League Fines Asamoah Gyan For Having “Immoral Haircut”

The captain of the Ghana national team and Ghana’s all-time leading scorer, Asamoah Gyan, has landed in hot water in the United Arab Emirates for spotting an “immoral hair cut”.

According to Ghanasoccer.net, 31 year old Gyan, is one of 46 players found guilty of breaching the United Arab Emirates Football Association guidelines on appropriate hairstyles..

It is not yet clear what punishment will be meted out to the former Sunderland and Udinese striker, who now plies his trade in the UAE for Dubai-based Al Ahli, following his ‘infringement.’
