Immediately, the woman whose purse been picked descended on two men who were seated beside her in the hotel.
When they refused to produce the phone that they had reportedly stolen from her, she grabbed them by the collar and took them outside where a crowd had already gathered.
Outside, she dragged them in a semicircle with her arms tethered to their collars. She was howling and shouting.
She offered to release them if they gave her back her phone. One man who was in jacket produced the phone from his breast pocket.
The woman who was not ready to let the juicy drama go that easily then dragged the men inside the restaurant, got her phone back and left the two embarrassed men in the hotel.
