Shock as pastor's body was found inside gutter after vigil in Anambra (photos)
It was a shocking sight when the lifeless body of one Pastor Etim was found inside a gutter around 5am on Friday, February 3.
According to reports, the pastor, who is the general overseer of Jesus Covenant Bible Ministries located at Nwayi-Imo bus stop, in Nnewi, Anambra state was reportedly killed by unknown men in front of his church, hours after a vigil service. The remains of pastor Etim was discovered by his first son.

The Akwa-Ibom indigene who was in his forties before the gruesome death was said to have been stripped to his underwear with his hands and feet tied behind his back. An item which looks like a nylon was also used to tie his mouth. There are speculations that he was killed somewhere before he was dumped inside the gutter.

Officers from Central Police Station(CPS) Nnewi led by the Divisional Police Officer(DPO) Mr Ikechukwu Egbochukwu(SP) dispersed the mammoth crowd that gathered at the scene before taking the body to an unknown hospital to be deposited in mortuary.
