An officer of the Lago state Transport Management Authority (LASTMA) has been captured on camera while he was struggling with a moving bus.

According to the twitter user, @mystique_lowla, who shared the photo, the incident happened after the official stopped a bus in the middle of the road at Fadeyi, Lagos.

The Twitter user explained that the officer stopped the bus because the driver committed a traffic offence.
