According to several tweets by Twitter user @Im_Cutesunshine, a young girl of about 14 years, was defiled by a yet-to-be-identified man in Victoria Island, Lagos.

According to her, she had been on an errand, and couldn't do anything except watch from a distance as the little girl's sister tried to get some nearby policemen involved in the matter.
