Kaduna Tension: El-Rufai sends shock-waves with powerful economic messages (Photos)

The Kaduna state governor - Nasir El-Rufai has warned that anyone who is not ready to work assiduously as to see that the state is repositioned for the better, will be laid off.

El-Rufai made the disclosure at the first 2017 budget implementation retreat for council members and chief executives of parastatals.

The even was put together by the Ministry of Budget.
