Female Champions!!! Rivers Angels Wins Nigeria Professional League Again

Rivers Angels of Port Harcourt are crowned Nigeria Women Professional League 2015/2016 Champions after beating Nasarawa Amazons 5-3 on penalty shootouts.

With their latest victory, Rivers Angels becomes the first team since 2002 to win three consecutive Nigeria Women Professional League titles.

They were also given the sum of N350,000 as the winners prize money, courtesy of Access Bank.
