Exclusive: Pastor Adeboye gives strong political charge to RCCG members
The Spiritual Leader of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye has stated that members are free to join any political party of their choice.

This message was passed across to members of the church across different parishes of the federation on Sunday, January 15.
Adeboye said: “You are free to join any political party,” the message said. Adding: “We need to be involved so that we can bring light into the darkness.
The new general overseer (worldwide) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Enoch Adeboye has called on members of his church to become active politically.
Daily post reports that the pastor said federal government's interest in the affairs of churches has not been helpful.
He also said the church plans to become more influential at every political level.
Speaking at the Redemption Camp, Kilometre 46, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway in Ogun state , Adeboye said it is obvious that RCCG is becoming influential.
