A suspected Lagos-based thief has been caught in Abuja. An angry mob tied him up and dragged him on the ground.

An Abuja-based lady, @boosayur, made this known in a video posted on Instagram. She explained in her post that the thief came all the way from Lagos to steal vehicles.
