Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte has been named the Premier League Manager of the month of November. Having been named the PL manager of the month in October, it is a testament to the superb form of the blues that he has retained the honour.

Chelsea have won their last eight games, defeating Manchester City 3-1 to keep their winning streak going.
