Wizkid Wins "Mobo" 2016

Wizkid was announced as the winner of the Best African Act category for the MOBO Awards for 2016. The act was announced at the Pre-Award party in London on Thursday October 27th.

 

This is the second time Wizzy wizkid is winning the award. He also won it in 2011

Wizkid beat competition from top acts Mr Eazi, Tiwa Savage, Eugy and Moelogo to win the award. The MOBO main awards holds next Friday November 5th at Glasgow SSE Hydro.

D’Banj is another Nigerian with a MOBO Award.
